The other day I saw a teenage girl walking down the sidewalk with a bag of pennies, stopping periodically to put one on the ground. When I asked her what she was doing she replied, "I want everyone to have good luck." She GMH.
My grandpa was suffering with cancer for several years after his heart transplant. In his last few days, my mom and her sisters stayed with him every night. One night his medication made him believe he was fishing in the toliet. My mom and aunts stayed up with him for hours catching fish. They GMH.

Today when I was working an adorable older couple came through my line. When I asked if they had found everything they needed, the woman looked at her husband and said "I found everything I needed 43 years ago." GMH.

Last night, over the phone, my friend told me he was considering suicide. I didn't know what else to do, so I sent him the link to GMH. He texted me this morning saying that he stayed up all night reading every post, and that he could never leave a world that contained such beauty. GMH GMH.

18 years ago, a doctor stood at the foot of my mom's hospital bed, and told her that by the time she woke up from the anesthesia for her C-section, both her babies would probably be dead. Today, my twin sister and I are happy, healthy, and intelligent women because of my mom's strength. Her love and courage over the years GMH.
WTH what kind of doctor is this. this doesn't even MAKE a decent GMH, the front part is more like an FML lorh!
My aunt had terminal brain cancer and the doctors told my uncle that he should buy a hospital bed to put in their home. His reply?
"I've never seen a hospital bed made for two."
He was completely serious and that GMH.

A few years ago I got too drunk at a party and was dragged into an alley to be raped. A fellow student heard the commotion and knocked my attacker unconscious. Apparently he stayed with us both until the ambulance and police came. He never told me his name. His Random act of bravery GMH.
that makes me wonder if i would have the bravery to do that. obviously i'd like to think so, but somehow, i doubt it.
There's a really beautiful freshman in our school who a mentally challenged sophomore boy has a huge crush on. She got asked by at least 10 people to the winter formal dance, but she decided to go with the mentally challenged boy. Beautiful girls who are also beautiful inside GMH.

One year ago, I was seriously depressed and contemplating suicide. The boy who sat behind me in Geometry asked every day if I was okay, despite my often rude or short responses. He didn't know it, but his caring questions were the one thing keeping me alive. Today he is my love and my best friend. I am so much more than okay. He GMH.

Today, my furnace and all of my heating systems broke down. A fridge is 3 degrees Celsius; it is now 2 degrees Celsius in my house. I would be warmer in my fridge. FML
Today, I woke up lying on the ground outside with a horrible headache. I camped out in my tree house last night. FML
Today, I fainted and woke up in a hospital. My mom drove me to the emergency room. The doctor said I had a panic attack. What did I have a panic attack from? Bidding on ebay. FML
